Digimon Survive might be one of the darkest entries in the franchise, but it doesn't prevent it from having its own hilarious moments.

  • Chapter 4, the trio of Biyomon, Patamon, and Palmon that keep showing up to protect their queen (actually Miu) and their ineffectual attempts to drive off the protagonists. The goofy music certainly helps, with Aoi finding them to be adorable.
  • At the start of chapter 5, Takuma has a conversation with Haru where he mentions changing clothes with the girls and he doesn't see that as a problem. The wrathful response is for Takuma to tell Haru that he's jealous of him for having every girl in his party living with him, and not only Haru doesn't know what Takuma is going to tell him, Miyuki gives him the cold glare. This becomes even funnier per Rewatch Bonus as we later find out that's actually Miyuki's Renamon, of course she wouldn't have any issues living with the girls.
  • After first getting Vegiemon as the Champion form for Floramon, Saki's dismay at her once again not evolving into something "cute this time" or even just "not creepy", even after begging for it, is doubled down for Floramon's Ultimate level evolution into Blossomon, which is a monstrous looking flower hydra. She's torn between being grateful for the power that saved her, and being disappointed by the transformation's appearance and attempts to spare Blossomon's feelings by claiming that it's "just barely outside her expectations".
  • In Part 8, Takuma can talk to some people back in the real world with Miyuki and Agumon following him. When Agumon comes out of the bushes to check on Takuma, the crowd Takuma is talking to spots the monster, at which Takuma lies to them that it's a stuffed toy with a computer in it. Cue Miyuki admitting that she doesn't know what a computer even is in front of that crowd (she's actually from 50 years before the present day, where computers didn't even exist) and the crowd doesn't even recognize something is wrong.
  • Ryo's joy at his partner finally being able to speak upon evolution to JewelBeemon, only to have Kunemon revert back to Rookie/Child before he can show Takuma. Arguably made funnier by the Victory screen with triumphant music that occurs just after Ryo collapses to the ground, punching it for not being able to show his friend.
  • Moral path Part 12 with Minoru's Shadow. Like every other Shadow encounter in this Part, it speaks the bad side of the human it takes the form of, in Minoru's case his insecurities. But then...
Minoru: I haven't felt this bad since I thought I was gonna poop my pants in elementary school.
    ???: ...Poop?
    (...)
Minoru: *ahem* Anyway! Get ready, fake me!
    ???: ...I pooped...my pants...
  • Near the end of the Wrathful route, the Professor cooks for the students. Everyone has a slightly shocked expression after a bite, then Takuma eats as well and vocally expresses his disgust, causing Minoru to call him out. It turns out that everyone is actually equally disgusted by the meal but tries to keep it in out of politeness (and the fact it is their last meal before the Final Boss). However, the comedy is somewhat migitated by the survivors having to endure the professor's cooking because the only one who can cook for them became an insane monster that has to be killed.
  • At the end of pretty much any route, the survivors will gather outside The Master's boss room, fraught with nerves at what's to come. Cue any number of their cell phones suddenly going off as they get texts from the real world, scaring the crap out of them.
  • When you talk to Kaito in the Amusement Park at the Part 10 of Truthful Route, one of the incorrect answers to him telling Takuma how far they're all came is telling him that it's "foreshadowing" before someone dies in the movies. Agumon and Dracmon doesn't know what the word means and makes lame jokes with Kaito, and Kaito tells them to stop making lame jokes like Minoru did.
  • Chapter 12 of the Truthful Route has the group hunting around the school for a ghost. During this search in the Music Room where Saki, Aoi and Haru/Renamon are interacting with the blackboard has the ghost make a noise as if drawing his nails down the board. The two girls react with horror, but Renamon just gets annoyed and snaps at it to stop. And it does.
  • Some movement animations of the game's monsters, like WarGreymon running with Airplane Arms can be quite entertaining to watch.
