• When the airplane drops on the house, Adam's father, in true Christopher Walken fashion, hams it considerably.
  Calvin: Oh, no! It's happened! Look at that heat! All my surface indicators are knocked out! Oh, my Lord...it's actually happened!!
• Quite a few. Including, "I think I'm being chased by a psychiatrist." What makes that line even funnier is the response ("It happens...")
• Everything about the cult.
  "LEAVE MY ELEVATOR ALONE. LEAVE MY ELEVATOR ALONE."
• The advice Troy gives to Adam on how to pick up girls ("Be charming. Be polite. Lie, if need be.") is funny in and of itself, but its nothing compared to how Adam puts it into practice. And it works!
  Adam: Hi.
  Miss Sweet: (disdainfully, after giving Adam the once-over) Yes?
  Adam: I was wondering if you could help me? I, um...
  Miss Sweet: (glares at him with even more disdain)
  Adam: ...seem to have lost my Congressional Medal of Honor around here... somewhere.
  Miss Sweet: (bursts into laughter) Now, that's a great one!
• Adam's first encounter with an African-American, complete with angelic choir in the background:
  Adam: Oh, my lucky stars! A negro!
  Mail woman: Excuse me?
  Adam: (shakes her hand) How do you do, ma'am?
  Mail woman: (perplexed) ...I do all right.
• Adam's one-sided "fight" with Eve's ex, punctuated by jabs to the nose, Eve objecting to Adam harming her ex, and Adam apologizing to both his opponent and Eve as he defends himself.
• Troy detailing just how polite Adam behaves.
  Troy: He says you're a lady and I'm a gentleman.
  Eve: Well, consider the source! I don't even know what a lady is.
  Troy : I know, I mean I thought a "gentleman" was somebody that owned horses.
