• In their first meeting, Komichi walks into Erika indulging in one of her secret habits, namely sniffing her nail clipper to check up how much do her feet smell. Erika is absolutely mortified and begs Komichi to keep it a secret, but much to her consternation, the carefree Komichi is meanwhile checking up her own feet (and not discreetly, but by baring her left foot and directly bringing it up to her face), admitting they smell too due to her run to the school, and speculating it could become her own habit as well. They end up having a laugh about it and becoming friends afterwards.
  • When Kizaki says Komichi is funny, the latter becomes so happy that she turns her back to celebrate internally, making it look like she is turning to the camera, and Kizaki, who is still looking at her, can only tilt her head in confusion.
• Komichi accidentally emitting a little burp in episode 4, much to her friends' amusement.
• In Episode 6, when Erika needs to change out of her wet clothes, Komichi suggests changing behind the trees since no one will see her there. It takes a moment for both Erika to realize that Komichi is serious and for Komichi to realize that changing behind trees may not be a normal activity for Tokyo girls.
• When Komichi and Erika are back at Komichi's house, it's revealed that Kao's smacking of Komichi's butt from Episode 1 wasn't a one-off event since, as Kao states, "Onee-chan's butt makes a nice sound when you smack it." Cue amusement from everyone else and flustration from Komichi.
• During Episode 10, Shijou, jealous over how slim Komichi's body is, pokes Komichi's belly button while saying "It feels nice..." Unfortunately, Komichi takes that to mean Shijou wants to do cheerleading alongside them, so she drags her along.
