Fridge Brilliance:

  • Pay very close attention to the background during the scene where Pooh falls asleep during "The Blustery Day" and you can see the four honey pots that greet him during his nightmare of Heffalumps and Woozles.
  • In "Winnie the Pooh and the Honey Tree," when Pooh Bear is spitting out bees, he bops one with his foot, causing it to fall into the mud below. That same bee then stings him in the rear, and rallies the other bees to charge. Notice that the bee in question looks much larger than the others; that's right, Pooh just messed with the queen of that particular colony.
  • Piglet's absence coinciding with Gopher's introduction. Gopher's making tunnels around the Enchanted Neighborhood implies he did so near Piglet's house, meaning he could have fallen in before the segment started.
  • When searching for a house for Owl, Eeyore ends up giving away Piglet's because he reads the "Will" as "Owl". In other words the sign reads "Trespassers: Owl".

Fridge Horror

  • While it's all fun and games in the Hundred Acre Wood, when Pooh heard the mysterious noise he had never heard before in "The Blustery Day" his first instinct is to get out a pop gun. Sure, we know that it's harmless. But imagine what is going on in that bear's brain, which belongs to a bear with little to begin with. That's right. Pooh was gonna shoot at the imposter for trespassing! The irony, considering Piglet's sign in front of his house. 'Trespassers will' indeed.
  • Pooh's rather large posterior is pretty much smack in the middle of Rabbit's parlor for weeks on end, and he has a gutful of sweet, sticky honey... good thing for Rabbit he wasn't constantly tooting up the place.
