• In official art, every Love Interest is given an animal alongside them that aptly reflects their personality.
  • Lucien has black goats. These animals, especially when black, are representative of the Devil or Baphomet.
  • Gavin has a single wolf. This alludes at him becoming a 'lone wolf' after leaving his 'pack' (the Special Task Force).
  • Shaw has a shark. Sharks are capable of detecting electricity with the organs within their heads, and they use them to detect prey.
• Why does Lucien have butterflies as a motif? Because of the Butterfly effect.
• Going further in on the motifs, Kiro has stars as a motif. If you're not an astronaut, you can only see stars when it's night, and are practically invisible when it's day. A fair bit of Foreshadowing that Kiro has a hidden identity, notably one who is named after the god of the sun, which you can only see when it's day.
