Fichael has infinite respect for Renzo and continues to support him even though Renzo insults and abuses him. This was explained in "Memory Wars", when we saw how Renzo gave Fichael false memories of him being a good dad. Because Fichael has gotten to know Renzo as such a stand-up guy his entire life, he's willing to overlook and excuse Renzo's deplorable actions, seeing them as occasional out-of-character anomalies rather than the way he always acts.
Fichael is a bigger manchild than Kevin since he is thirty but it may be because Renzo knows he has more legitimacy than him because of his royal blood and the fact Renzo is a tyrant may cause people to rally behind Fichael to overthrow him. So he made sure that Fichael would have no independence nor leadership in the future so no one would contest his rule.
The reason Fichael grossly overcharged his customers for everything at the Reaper Demon Sanctuary and used tricks to get them to spend money (i.e. making them exit through the gift shop and giving "free" luxuries to people who upgrade to platinum memberships) is because he was raised by Renzo and learned about economics from his corrupt, money-hungry father.
Of course no one recognized Bazarack. The humans are xenophobic so it's possible that all aliens look the same to them and they just thought Daddy O'Baggins was another alien from the same species. Billy was the only one who noticed because as someone who's part alien, he got that this was Bazarack.
If Renzo really raised Fichael to be a manchild, unfit to rule, it may be because he ultimately cares about himself and doesn't care about what will happen to the czardom and entire human race under Fichael, after he dies.
Just how bad it is if Val just shrugs off the death of her students and Renzo threat a child for something trivial?
Worse, it's possible that Val doesn't care because Renzo did kill a child before as he already flew through a wall without caring about the children around him.
Val wasn't in the classroom when Renzo did this. Those students were with another teacher, just at the same school. Also, Renzo didn't kill any of the kids. He just knocked them over.
If Flobby and Belzert die when they have orgasms, then why do they regularly go to the whorehouse to see Tammy Tentacles? Flobby was also seen waiting in line to have sex with Mal in "Flammy Reunion" and was later seen jerking himself off.
