- The comparisons to rust and blood makes sense, as, blood does oxidate, when exposed to oxygen [1]
Fridge Horror
- Just what are the Kaibutsu? And why does one kind look very suspiciously like Sabitsuki?
- In the school, Smile can be found in a room with posters of bleeding eyes. Take a closer look at his eyes...
- The speculation that the Sugar Hole's cake is made from flesh doesn't sound all that crazy when you consider that the Sugar Hole is located right next to the asylum with the morgue full of dead bodies and meat hooks, some of which actually carry pieces of flesh on them, and that the bar Kaibutsu stuffs you into a furnace after they kill you...
- The whole game heavily implies that Sabitsuki is under threat of a fatal disease that may also be turning her into a Kaibutsu or even a red demon.
- The blood splatters that appear when raising the Erosion Counter seem to indicate that Sabitsuki is vomiting and/or urinating blood, especially when put under heavy trauma or stress, which is what raises the counter (although one has to question how the blood gets onto the upper walls of her room). Or, that she has already leaked those bloodstains and is only now just becoming aware of it. One can also throw in the fact that Sabitsuki is possibly experiencing hallucinations and/or horrific nightmares, given the Nightmare event that appears when you raise the counter really high.
- The devices that appear when you get the counter to 180 are commonly speculated to be life-support devices attached to the computer.
