TMPD Antics
by Taliya is a post-canon Case Closed fanfic hosted on FanFiction.Net.
The story follows Shinichi, Heiji, and Hakuba now working for the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, with the former two in Homicide and Hakuba in Criminal Affairs. They're not alone though: Kaito Kuroba somehow became a member of the Theft Division, and he's still hunting for Pandora!

These fanfics contain examples of:
- Be Careful What You Wish For: After helping catch a criminal for the police, Kid mentions in his note he hopes Shinichi brings back his soccer balls, as he liked the exercise. Shinichi does, and he's quite merciless.
- Call-Back:
- When hacking onto the TMPD group chat, Kid uses his false name of Doito Katsuki.
- One arc has Kaito working with Ruby Jones, aka Chat Noir to help protect his identity during a heist by swapping places whenever both Kuroba and Kid were needed in places.
- Friendly Enemy: Shinichi and Kid's relationship at this point. Kid is more than happy to arrest crooks and send them the police's way, while Shinichi knows Kid is pretty much an okay guy. When Kid finally finds Pandora and announces his retirement, Shinichi lets him go, muttering he's glad the thief has achieved his goal.
- Happily Married: At this point in time, Shinichi has married Ran while Kaito has married Aoko.
- Mystery Magnet: Shinichi's ability to attract bodies has not dampened after all this time.
- Overcomplicated Menu Order: When Chiba is taking coffee orders for the other police members, Shiratori's order is very long and leaves everyone in Stunned Silence.
- Secret-Keeper: Aoko is confirmed to now know about Kaito's double life and is more than happy to help him protect his identity. Shinichi has also figured it out, but keeps it to himself.
- Secret Secret-Keeper: A note from Kid confirms he long figured out Shinichi's old identity as Conan.
- Smooch of Victory: After finally finding Pandora, Kid gives Shinichi a kiss of victory before he retires from thief life.
