In this work, Danny Hebert takes his daughter Taylor to a vacation on the Japanese Island of Kyuushu...just before Leviathan is to strike.
Consisting of 13 chapters and an epilogue, it was completed on July 31, 2015.
Not to be confused with another fanfic, which shares the name Reconciliation, a Katawa Shoujo fanfic, though both may invoke similar amounts of 'the feels'.

- A Day in the Limelight: This work tends to bring out a lot more of the parahumans in the ABB than canon did.
- Bakuda's specialty in this fic is expanded to be one time use technology which lends itself well to bombs but also one time use weapon to defeat Leviathan
- Oni Lee is said to be a surgeon before his memory loss.
- Adaptation Deviation:
- Tattletale/Lisa is now working for the Marquis. This implies that the Marquis is still a gang leader that Coil might not be in the picture in Brockton Bay's underworld
- Grue is now working in the Protectorate as a hero with the name Blackout.
- ABB is implied to be a recent addition to Brockton Bay's underground scene.
- All Your Powers Combined: Taylor's power lets her draw upon other powers within her range. The Brockton Bay Leviathan battle a sight to behold.

- What if Marquis was never sent to the birdcage and remains a gang leader by the present day of the fanfic.
- Posthumous Character: Danny does not make it off of Kyuushu.
- Power-Strain Blackout: Taylor almost kills herself using her powers to fight Leviathan when she uses it to copy almost fifty powers, along with a power that makes all those powers stronger.
- Replacement Goldfish: Averted. Despite Emma's assumption that Sophia is Annette's "project" in her POV chapter, Annette's desperation in the chapter where she learns of Sophia being a Ward and quickly being told that Sophia wants to be at the battle against Leviathan, the same Endbringer who caused the deaths of her husband and daughter, shows how much she cares for Sophia.
- Required Secondary Powers: In-universe, while overusing her powers does strain her, what really does the most damage from her power usage is the fact that she took the most obviously useful aspects of multiple capes powers, without the passive abilities that stop them from being hurt by their own powers. Like when she was burned by Purity's powers because she never took her immunity to the extreme heat of her blasts.
- Super Power Lottery: Taylor triggered with a power that makes it impossible for any parahuman to fight her. The ability to steal the powers of any parahuman for as long as they are within range of her. Not just fully, she can selectively pick what aspects of their power she wants, and as long as they are close enough to her, the effected parahuman does not have that part of their power. For example when copying Lung, she broke his powers down into parts such as super strength, regeneration and so on, and chose to take his ability to ramp up, so she could empower the fourty plus other powers she'd copied at the time.
