This fanfiction series contains examples of:
- Alternate Universe Fic: A What If? with the change that the Pharaoh grabs back his amulet before going after the fake Miraculous earrings.
- "Freaky Friday" Flip: A mind swap between Ladybug and Nefertiti (from an afterlife where the latter is the wife of the sun god). It's left open whether there is any way to swap them back, which is a Downer Ending.
- Tomato Surprise: The real Marinette is gone, taken to be the wife of the sun god. Nefertiti has taken her place.
- Unreliable Narrator: The story "Marinette" tells Tikki is not completely true. She leaves out that Marinette's spirit was swapped with Nefertiti's when Labybug went through the portal.
