- I Can't Do This by Myself: Discussed by Ryder and Net.Ryder: "So, when do you think the others will meet? Or should we send Chase?"Net: "I've heard as long as 2 are together they can start their journey."
- Instant Expert: Exaggerated - The prodigies were experts at birth. Rarely see those in fiction.
- Made of Unobtainium: Everest has Ice powers, which are super rare in this universe. Ryder and Chase even Lampshaded this:Chase: "I can't believe my mom had lighting. Nobody has that." [Makes an electric ball between his paws]Ryder: "Nobody has ice either. They always have water. I don't even think ice is a thing."
- Magic Knight: Chase was born with 2 powers, Healing and Electricity. He keeps the latter a secret to the other pups, though.
- Mind over Matter: Rocky has Telekinesis as his power, allowing him to move stuff with his mind.
- Prophecies Are Always Right: The prophecy of the Prodigies is true, indeed.
- The Prophecy: Discussed by Rocky and Skye:Rocky: "Yeah, did you here about the folktale?"Skye: "Who hasn't, that's a bunch of lies. Supposedly in 2 years we are gonna get attacked by some weird demon dogs."
- Story-Breaker Power: Downplayed: Everest can teleport instantly, but can only do it in short bursts. Lampshaded by Everest:Everest: "I don't get why I always have to stay in here with you guys." [Stomps her foot and teleports outside their igloo] "Did you see that!"Dad: "You can teleport."Nico: "In short bursts."
- Same could apply to Nico's powers, too. Lampshaded by Everest:
Everest: "If you get cold why don't you use your fire?"Nico: "My paws are too fragile. I can use it better in warmer climates." - Tempting Fate: Played Straight -Chase: "What are you gonna do? Throw me?" [Gets flinged across the beach] "Fine, you can throw me."
