LeonardoFRei's RWBY Comics are a series of Fan Comics made by Leonardo F Rei on Deviantart. In these comics, the cast of RWBY engage in hijinks like Pyrrha attempting to teach Jaune how to fight, only for her to fail in a variety of ways, Jaune trying to get lucky with the girls despite the fact that both Ruby and Pyrrha openly vie for his love and the fact that Jaune somehow has an Elder Dragon at his beck and call, is a Joestar, has a Stand and has access to perhaps the strongest mecha in anime and yet still gets his ass handed to him by Cardin.

Tropes associated with this work:

  • The Ace: Jaune, full stop! Not only does he have an immense amount of Aura and natural combat ability like he does in the show, he also commands the family pet (a gigantic, golden dragon with piercing red eyes), is very muscled underneath his clothes to the point of comdedic absurdity and A powerful Stand. And according to Word of God, He also has the Gurren Lagann. And yet he still has the same old problems.
  • Art Shift: A constant source of humor in the comics, the characters will go from ill defined blobs with faces to rather detailed bodies to an art style matching the likes of JoJo or Gurren Lagann.
  • Badass Family: The Arcs. They are Joestars, own a gigantic dragon, is friends with the Blood Gulch Crew (who are the epitome of Crouching Moron, Hidden Badass ) and own the Gurren Lagann.
  • Butt-Monkey: The whole cast really. They all get some form of punishment or abuse from the comics. Although, like in series, Jaune stands out above all.
  • Crossover Punchline: The appearence of Albana marks the offical canon of Jaune being a Joestar as well as the appearance of the Blood Gulch Crew marking it as an official crossover with Red vs. Blue. Also, judging by Word of God, his V3 finale comic will have one with Gurren Lagann.
  • Deadpan Snarker: Pyrrha promptly tackes up this role as she continuously fails to get Jaune to notice her or whenever Jaune reveals a trait of his.
    • Eventually, Ruby takes this up as well, probably for the same reasons.
