JoJo's Bizarre Fairy Tale: Stardust Soldiers of Fortune is a story about Joseph and Jotaro going to a parallel world based on fairy tales... where several characters are based on their bizarre adventures. It can be read here.

The story contains examples of:

  • Adaptational Badass: Erina was a strong woman who saved the Joestar bloodline, but not a fighter. Her counterpart Irene has bested at least one foe in a sword fight.
  • Adaptational Heroism: King Diomarlon (based on Dio Brando) is heavily implied to be a good ruler.
  • Adaptational Villainy: Hierophant Green belongs to the heroic Kakyoin. Hierophant Black belongs to the antagonist Karas.
  • Adaptational Wimp: The World Tarotica is not as dangerous as the Stand it's based on, in fact it's less dangerous than the counterpart of the Hierophant.
  • Armor Is Useless: Averted. Pierre's armor stops everything thrown at it unharmed.
  • Ascended Extra: Mark, who was but a Sacrificial Lamb in Jojo, is a very important foe to the heroes.
  • Cannot Tell a Lie: Pietro is able to say nothing but the truth due to the side effects of a mixed blessing.
  • Control Freak: The Blue Fairy, as told by Puck, forced all fairies to follow her very restrictive rules and narrative.
  • Curb-Stomp Battle: Pierre vs his wife's abusive ex Netanel and his undead unicorn. Pierre oneshots the latter, shrugs off all the shots of the former and then easily beats him down. Unfortunately, Netanel escapes... only to be taken down by Bowie.
  • Evil Counterpart: One of the most active villains is the Hierophant Black, who serves as an antithesis to the Hierophant Green of the hero Kakyoin.
  • From Nobody to Nightmare: Mark was a Sacrificial Lamb in the original story, who was cut in half when Wamuu passed by his side. Here, he is the mighty foe Karas, who is strong even for a Tarotica.
  • Living Weapon: The sword Alexandros has the spirit of an actual unicorn.
  • Mythology Gag: Even in this world, there is a member of the Zeppeli family, who plays their usual role and gets close to Kayoin.
  • Noble Demon: Bowie. He is a villain and knows it, but has a lot of standards and even opposes worse people.
  • No-Sell:
    • Jotaro tries to punch the dragon Silvas with his Star Platinum. He does nothing, not even provoke him into a fight.
    • Netanel's fiery spells are no match for Pierre's armor.
  • Red Herring: Karas, despite his name and implied connections to the world of the Joestars, is not Kars. He is actually Mark. Kars does appear, but he is someone else.
  • Secret Test of Character: Pierre has a dream of riding Alexandros the unicorn, running from a volcano. The unicorn makes the test by asking him questions. Whenever Pierre answers correctly, Alexandros runs faster. Pierre passes and gets a powerful sword and armor as a reward.
  • Villainous Legacy: The Blue Faerie Empire is destroyed in the prologue. The Tarotica that are a result of its evil are still relevant.
  • You Fight Like a Cow: Irene takes down a Mook in insult sword fighting.
