Go To

To pick up girls in the Dungeon and form a harem. That is the dream of Bell Cranel, thanks to the tales that his beloved grandfather fondly told him. It is for that reason that he travels to Orario in hope of fulfilling the dream. However, it proved to be more challenging than he thought. After all, how do you fulfill it when you suddenly find yourself married?

Is It Wrong to Go to the Dungeon With My Wife? is a crossover story of Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? and Fate/Grand Order in which Bell summons the Queen of Fairy Britain, Morgan... who then immediately declares him to be her husband. The story follows the pair living the lives of adventurers of Hestia Familia. They are faced with not only the dangers of the Dungeon but also dealing with the strange husband-wife relationship between them.

The story can be read here.

Tropes found in Is It Wrong to Go to the Dungeon With My Wife?:

  • Adaptation Relationship Overhaul: Being married to Morgan before meeting with Hestia, the latter doesn't hold any romantic feelings for Bell. In fact, she seems to be quite supportive of their relationship.
  • Adaptational Wealth: Thanks to Morgan creating and selling magic items, the financial conditions of Hestia Familia are much better compared to canon.
  • Berserk Button: Bete (and most of Loki Familia) learn the hard way that you should not mock the husband of a witch.
  • Brain Bleach: How Ais reacts upon finding out that she had been licked by a naked Bete due to him being hexed.
  • Dreaming of Times Gone By: Bell dreams about Morgan's past as Queen of Fairy Britain as well as her time as Tornelico the Savior. He hasn't put it together yet that they are one and the same.
  • Evil Is Petty: The reason why Riveria also got hexed by Morgan despite telling off her Familia for laughing at Bell? She sounds like her sister Artoria whom Morgan hates! Explanation
  • Fantastic Racism: Morgan does not view the Elves in any positive regard. While she claims that it's because of the Elves looking down on other races, it's most likely due to her experience as the Queen of Fairy Britain. So far, Eina seems to be an exception, with Morgan claiming that she tries her best to be polite.
  • Hate at First Sight: This is the relationship between Ryuu and Morgan. Not only because of the latter's suspicion towards the Elves but also because their first meeting has the Berserker threatening Syr.
  • Heroic BSoD:
    • Played for laughs: This is Ryuu's reaction upon learning that Bell is married, meaning that not only that Syr's love would be unrequited but also that she almost supports a homewrecking. Of course, she hasn't learned that Bell's wife is none other than Morgan. Ryuu has another BSOD when she does learn about Morgan being married to Bell.
    • Played for drama: Morgan has one when she sees the insect monsters on Floor 7 of the Dungeon.
  • Living Lie Detector: Besides the gods, Morgan also possesses this ability due to her Fairy Eyes. Due to this, she knows that Lily is lying when she said that she's not a Pallum.
  • Right for the Wrong Reasons: Loki, Ais, and Lefiya suspect that Morgan hexed the Familia due to her hatred of elves, but eventually dismiss it as the entire Familia was afflicted. Morgan actually hexed them for mocking Bell.
