Girl in Red
by idX is a Harry Potter Crossover Fanfic series featuring Rose Peta-Lorrum, a Dungeons & Dragons Original Character who ends up in the Rowling Plane by accident and can't go home. The series is complete and consists of eight stories:

- Sally-Anne Perks and the Scarlet Sociopath
- Luna Lovegood and the Maniac in Maroon
- Neville Longbottom and the Cherry Champion
- Hermione Granger and the Amber Abandonment
- Draco Malfoy and the Villain in Vermilion

- Rose Peta-Lorrum and the Crimson Caster
Girl in Red provides examples of:
- Adaptational Badass: Hermione, armed with a stat-boosting hair clip, can easily analyse and counter spells on the spot, faster than she can move.
- Alliterative Title: Every story after the first: Scarlet Sociopath, Maniac in Maroon, Cherry Champion, Amber Abandonment, and Villain in Vermilion.
- Cerebus Syndrome: In the words of the author himself, the series starts out light and cracky, but gets darker the farther in you get. After Rose apparently dies, the story gets significantly darker as the characters try to cope with it.
- The Cuckoolander Was Right: Rose frequently references magic which doesn't exist in the Rowling plane, or talks about people who don't seem to be real, except they are.
