A Fanfic of the Left 4 Dead series, it follows the story of the hero Bob, a sandwich man, and the original cast in the sequel. They series is written in a fashion similar to the writer's other fic The Beta Threat and takes cues from other trollfics such as Half-Life: Full Life Consequences and DOOM: Repercussions of Evil.

This fiction provides examples of:
- Cool Old Guy: Upon introduction of Bob, it's outright stated that he fought in World War II, thus making him around 80 years old assuming the story is set in the present day.
- Guns Do Not Work That Way: Upon running out of ammo, Bob chucks his gun at the zombies, which explodes because it has gunpowder in it."!" yelled Bob. "NOMOREGUNSBULLETS!" So he threw the gunz and they eksploded because guns have gunpowder in them and they killed a hundred more zombies.
- Hopeless with Tech: Bob is so terrible with cars, he has to eat special pills and boost his IQ to 9999 just to realize that Molotov Cocktails are filled with the same gasoline that goes inside cars.
- Say It with Hearts: Bob is capable of pronouncing the symbol "!".
- Shout-Out: A mysterious government man in a suit that seems to know something about a mysterious crisis, who shows up at the end of the story to take the heroes away, is a clear reference to the G-Man.
- Title Drop: Both at the beginning and at the end"You are not left 4 dead. You are left 2 die 4 ever! SO YOU CANNOT LIVe!"
