Kingdom Hearts of Harmony
is a Crossover fanfic between My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic and Kingdom Hearts created by Steel Soul.
Sora's heart is heavy with the weight of his Keyblade exam failure. But when a gateway to a new world appears before him, he sees it as a chance to redeem himself. There, he meets creatures he's never seen before as they call for his help as the Hero of Light they need to face the oncoming Darkness.
With this new task ahead of him, Sora must face his own darkness within his heart and rise to the challenge of becoming the hero he was always meant to be.
Will he succeed or will his own inner demons take it all away?
A spinoff, Kingdom Hearts of Harmony: The Other Side tells the story from Riku's perspective.

- Adaptational Early Appearance: Several characters who appear later in the TV show appear much earlier in this fanfic.
- Sunset Shimmer appears as an antagonist leading an assault on Ponyville.
- Somnambula and Rockhoof, two of the Pillars of Equestria appear before Applejack, Pinkie Pie, and Sora within his heart.
- The Trotingham arc has Glida, Startlight Glimmer and Sunburst. The former two show up in the fifth season while the latter appears in the sixth.
- Grogar is revealed to be the mastermind behind the attack on Trotingham.
- Alternate Continuity: The story takes place after the second season of Friendship is Magic and a year after Dream Drop Distance.
- Black Cloak: Sunset Shimmer wears a old tattered one as a disguise.
- Canon Discontinuity: This fanfic ignores Kingdom Hearts III as it was created before the game was released. Kingdom Hearts of Harmony takes place a year after Dream Drop Distance while in the games KHIII starts a short while after the events of DDD and 0.2 Birth by Sleep.
- Dying Declaration of Love: Fluttershy gives one to Sora when she sees him dying from his stab wound.
- One-Winged Angel: In a last-ditch attempt to defeat Sora, King Sombra calls upon all the power of darkness, summoning forth a huge pile of Heartless who proceed to dogpile him and consume his heart, transforming him into a gigantic heartless.
- Sinister Scythe: This is King Sombra's weapon of choice when he fights Sora.
- Spirit Advisor: Ventus can communicate with Sora from within his heart.
- Unexplained Recovery: Vanitas is revived though how he came back is unclear. The only detail we are given is Sunset says her master brought him back from the darkness.
- What the Hell, Hero?: Applejack calls out Sora for hiding his true identity as a human and not trusting her or her friends to tell the truth. Sora fires back if they would believe him if he told them the truth. Applejack has no answer.
- Wrecked Weapon: Vanitas's keyblade was split in two.
