He is just recording an innocuous v-log for his father (Dr. Gero), when, near the end of said v-log, the alarms goes off and his superior officer bellows in wild panic from outside the frame that "''something''" is tearing its way through the place, as distant, ominous shouting by Goku indicates that he is charging up a kamehameha. When Goku finally fires off the kamehameha the recording suddenly cuts off.]]
** Gohan's brutal annihilation of the Cell Jr.'s is framed this way, with dissonant music to underscore how badly he's snapped and his victims' attemps at escape or resistance being pathetically ineffective.
