Stephanie Courtney (born February 8, 1970 in Stony Point, New York), is an American comedian, actress, and voice actress. Her most recognizable role is as perky spokesperson Flo from the Progressive commercials, putting her in the tradition of commercial character actors like Jesse White (the original Maytag repairman) and Jan Miner (Palmolive’s Madge). She has a good deal of other credits as well, having been in the cast of Tom Goes to the Mayor and the extended cast of The Goldbergs.
Courtney is a veteran of the Groundlings improv theatre in Los Angeles. She has been married to Scott Kolanach since 2008.
