Robin Parkinson, born Christopher Robin Parkinson, (25 October 1929 — 7 May 2022), was a British actor best known for playing the third Monsieur LeClerc in 'Allo 'Allo! after the deaths of previous actors Jack Haig and Derek Royle.
He first began to act in 1957, when he appeared in The Imperial Nightingale and would make his first film appearance six years later in Billy Liar, followed by other films such as The Family Way, They Came from Beyond Space, Twisted Nerve, Catch Me a Spy, Alfie Darling and George and Mildred.
Parkinson was a regular face in TV comedy too, with small roles in Dad's Army, It Ain't Half Hot, Mum, The Kenny Everett Television Show, The Liver Birds, On the Buses, Rising Damp, Shelley, Terry and June, Whatever Happened to the Likely Lads? and The Young Ones.
In The '80s, he provided narration for Button Moon, and joined the cast of 'Allo 'Allo! in Series 7 to replace the recently deceased Derek Royle.
He died at the age of 92.
