Melania Trump (born April 26, 1970 in Novo Mesto, Slovenia) is a Slovenian-American fashion model, sociallite and jeweller. She is married to the former reality show runner Donald Trump. He is also a businessman and conglomerate owner.
Melania's story began when at the age of 16, Paolo Zampolli, an Italian-American businessman, sponsored her immigration to United States of America. Up to this point, she had been trying to make it into the fashion industry and often travelled to Paris and Milan to find work. In 1998, Zampolli introduced Melania (then 28) to his friend, a real-estate developer named Donald Trump. They began dating, and are now married with a son named Barron. She is also the step-mother to his previous children Donald Trump Jr., Eric, Tiffany and Ivanka.
After her husband's new job in 2016, Melania negated to spend time with him (even though she made a few formal appearances) because Barron was still young and finishing school, so she opted to stay in Manhattan for the time being.
She currently lives in Mar-a-lago.
