Judy Flynn is a British actress best known for her roles in The Brittas Empire and The House of Eliott.

First appearing on screen in the Last of the Summer Wine prequel First of the Summer Wine, Flynn was eventually picked to play Julie, the replacement Sassy Secretary character who succeeded Andrée Bernard as the previous secretary character Angie in Series 2. Flynn proceeded to play the character for the rest of the show's run (barring "Surviving Christmas", which whilst unexplained in the episode, may be justified by the fact that her character was heavily pregnant at the time), as well as an episode of the Spin-Off Get Fit with Brittas called "Gordon Works It Out".

Outside of Brittas, Flynn is also best known for playing seamstress Madge Howell in The House of Eliott and the numerous voices provided for Peppa Pig and Ben and Holly's Little Kingdom.
