William Albert Buenos, better known as Jacques Balutin (born June 29, 1936 in Paris) is a French actor and voice actor of Egyptian and French descent.
He's best known for his many supporting roles in French comedy/adventure films of The '60s and The '70s and for his voice acting in both dubbing and cartoons. He has regularly dubbed Elliott Gould and his most famous voice roles include Slinky Dog in the Toy Story film series and William Dalton in various adaptations of Lucky Luke.
