Fernando Alvaro Lamas y de Santos (January 9, 1915 - October 8, 1982) was an Argentine-American actor and director best known for The Cheap Detective (1978), The Merry Widow (1952), and D Artagnan Contro I 3 Moschettieri (1963).
He was married to Perla Mux, Lydia Barachi, Arlene Dahl, and Esther Williams and had three children, including Lorenzo Lamas and his grandchildren are AJ Lamas and Shayne Lamas.
Lamas died in 1982 at the age of 67 from pancreatic cancer.
