Donald Lee Stroud (born September 1, 1943 in Honolulu, Hawaii) is an American actor and former competitive surfer. He is best known for Bloody Mama, The Buddy Holly Story, and Django Unchained.

Stroud’s parents were vaudevillian Clarence Stroud and singer Ann McCormack. Sidney Poitier gave him advice early on in how to become an actor.

In 1989 or 1990, Stroud intervened in a mugging in New York City. As a result he was slashed in the face, gaining a distinctive scar and losing the use of one eye.

Stroud has been married to Teri Sullivan since 1994. Previously he was married to Sally Ann Little and Linda Hayes.
