Main Characters

    Sarah
One of the two female leads, a gentle girl with a love of partying.
  • Bare Midriffs Are Feminine: She wears a pink top that shows her muffin top.
  • Desperately Looking for a Purpose in Life: Outside of her love of partying, Sarah yearns for something to give her life more meaning.
  • Earn Your Happy Ending: Without Rachel in her life, she tends to find success. When Rachel disappeared into Bushworld, she married a nice man and had a daughter, and after becoming a widow, she found success at pottery as a millionaire. After Rachel mutes her in Season 2, she becomes a viral sensation for her garden photo.
  • I Just Want to Be Loved: She wishes she had a man who would love and appreciate her, and often finds herself fantasizing about different men in each episode.
  • Morality Pet: Deconstructed. She serves as one to Rachel, but Rachel is a toxic, violent person who is possessive of Sarah and apathetic to her feelings most of the time. Sarah's frequently shown to blossom as a person when Rachel's out of the picture.
  • O.O.C. Is Serious Business: During the season one finale, Sarah is so enraged when she finally gets a call from Rachel (ten years after she disappeared and everyone thought she was dead) and discovers she's been partying this whole time, scathingly states "Never. Call me. Again." before hanging up.
  • Single Woman Seeks Good Man: She regularly finds herself falling for guys and hoping it might be serious. She infamously acted like she had a devastating break-up with a guy named Brad, despite Rachel pointing out they only had one date.
    Sarah: It FELT special.

    Rachel
One of the two female leads, a boisterous woman who is known for being a "toxic bitch."

  • Fat Bitch: Mean all over, and overweight to boot.
  • Fat Slob: It's shown that she lives in a dirt hole on a pile of actual trash, and she has no issue talking about her bodily functions and overall lack of hygiene. A potential murderer threw her and Sarah out of his van after listening to Rachel talk in detail about how sweaty and gross she was. It's the point she was actively targeted by a cult who planned to sacrifice her for being the foulest, dirtiest creature in the land.
  • The Hedonist: She's a chaotic force of nature that only cares about partying, partying, and more partying.
  • Hidden Heart of Gold: She might be a self-admitted toxic bitch, but she does legitimately care about Sarah and even loves her (but would be hard pressed to openly say it to Sarah's face).
  • Irrational Hatred: She completely loathes Stacy, which was first mentioned in the original YOLO shorts and was carried over into Silver Dynasty. Rachel thinks Stacy's a bitch for some unexplained reason, and has no issue demonically ranting about how much she hates her, but pretends to be friends with Stacy in a really phony way.
Rachel (to Sarah as Stacy approaches): Fuck, Stacy's coming over. I hate that bitch. I hate her! I HATE THAT FUCKING BITCH! I FUCKING HATE THAT FUCKING BITCH! I FUCKING HATE HER-!!!!
    Stacy: Hi guys!
    Rachel: Oh hi Stacy!
  • Jerkass Has a Point: She's normally disinterested in Sarah's dating habits, but still acknowledges her bestie only had a single date with the guy she "broke up" with.
  • Toxic Friend Influence: She's a bad influence on Sarah and everyone knows it. All of their other friends stopped hanging out with Sarah specifically because of Rachel.

    Lucas The Magnificent
A wizard, and old classmate of the girls, who has a massive crush on Sarah.

  • Aborted Arc: He develops a crush on Sarah during the pilot and says that he will do whatever it takes to get "his kissy." However, this is never brought up throughout the rest of the season. This is Subverted in Season 2, by having Lucas decide to become an alchemist and go on a quest to obtain a Love Potion to make Sarah love him.
  • Jerkass Realization: At the end of Season 2, he seems to have a legitimate realization that he's acted gross around Sarah and genuinely apologizes for making her uncomfortable.
  • Love Potion: Spends all of Season 2 trying to obtain one to make Sarah love him. After going on a quest to get his concoction blessed at Scary Mountain, he finds that it's ultimately futile, and decides that it's wrong to force Sarah to love him.
