  • Old Soldier: He's one of the older Autobots, but his age won't stop him from on leading an dangerous mission. And he uses his combat experience to his advantage.
  • Sergeant Rock: He mentors Bumblebee on the importance of stealth and the finer points of Decepticon security as they break into Kaon.

The Autobot's medic. He journeyed into the aftermath of Trypticon's orbital laser blast to tend to the wounded Autobots stranded there, but his efforts had almost caused an untimely end when Megatron finds him.

  • Combat Medic: He wasn't afraid to stand against Megatron.
  • Flunky Boss: Although most of the bosses in the game are usually accompanied by their subordinates, he repeatedly calls for reinforcements as Megatron chases him.
  • The Medic: He went into the blast zone to save the wounded Autobots who were trapped there.

The Decepticon warlord, who waged an civil war on Cybertron.

  • Bad Boss: His final warning for insubordination is pointing and charging his cannon at the offender, implying that he isn't afraid to shoot them.
  • Badass Boast: He uses several, but the most absurd has to be." I am elite, I am unstoppable! I am Megatron!"
  • Berserk Button: Showing cowardice when he's about to kill you is the fastest way to piss him off.
  • Big Bad: He leads the Decepticons with an iron fist, and has no patience for failure.
  • Blood Knight: As an former gladiator, he relishes the thril of battle.
  • Large Ham: He openly gloats about how magnificent his plans are. And he often monologues on the destruction of the Autobots.

Starscream

  • Deadpan Snarker: His sarcasm knows no bounds when he isn't in command
  • Never My Fault: He finds and battles Jetfire until he's nearly beaten. Thundercracker appears and traps the Autobot in a crossfire. Jetfire somehow escapes at the last moment. Starscream promptly calls Thundercracker an imbecile for letting Jetfire escape their crossfire and dismisses him from their battle.
  • Palette Swap: He's the same model as Skywarp and Thundercracker, but he's gray with red, blue, and yellow markings.
  • Pride: He openly declares that he's the greatest warrior on Cybertron.
  • The Starscream: He's been plotting to overthrow Megatron ever since he reassigned him to guard duty. As soon as the opportunity arises, he tries to attacks Megatron from behind, only to be backhanded and held at gunpoint. Rather than destroy him, Megatron punishes him by reassigning him to lead an raid on Iacon, the Autobots' headquarters

Skywarp

A hotheaded Seeker who's quick with his insults and faster with his weapons.

  • Palette Swap: He's gray with purple and black markings and has the same body type os Starscream and Thundercracker.
  • Wingman: He often fights alongside Thndercracker.

Thundercracker

  • Palette Swap: He has the same body type as his comrades, but he's gray with blue and yellow markings.
  • Wingman: He usually works with Skywarp.

Soundwave

  • Machine Monotone: His voice is monotonous when compared to the rest of the cast.
  • The Dragon: He's in charge of Kaon in Megatron's absence. And compared to Starscream, Megatron considers him to be much more reliable when it comes to handling sensitive information.
  • Robo Speak: He speaks in a robotic manner.
  • Undying Loyalty: On top of being perfectly loyal he's also the only Decepticon who bows in genuine respect to Megatron.

Barricade

  • Breath Weapon: He fires a laser beam from his mouth.
  • Evil Sounds Deep: Has the deepest voice out of all the characters.
  • Final Boss: He's the last major enemy of the Autobots' campaign.
  • Kill Sat: His alternate mode is a space station that fires devastating blasts from orbit.
