Main Characters

Shuta Aoi

Voiced by: Jun'ya Enoki (Japanese); Billy Kametz (eps 1-6), Alejandro Saab (eps 7-12) (English)

The blue-haired son of the owner of the "Aoi Bakery" in the 24th ward. He is physically fit with almost superhuman physical abilities. He is known as hero "Mr.24" because he protects the ward.

The Big Guy: Isn't the smartest of the RGB trio but more than makes up for it in his strength and agility as neither Ran or Koki have those qualities.
Cynicism Catalyst: After Asumi's death, he has fallen into a depression and is unsure whenever or not he still wants to be a hero.
My Greatest Failure: Feels responsible for Asumi's death because he noticed the rats eating the wiring that would cause the school fire early on but got distracted and didn't return to get rid of them.

Ran Akagi

Voiced by: Yūma Uchida (Japanese); Zeno Robinson (English)

The red-haired leader of the artist group "DoRed" who is active in the 24th Ward. He has a strong personality and conveys his message through graffiti art

Conveniently an Orphan: Ran has been living his life in shantytown with no parents at all.

Koki Suido

Voiced by: Kaito Ishikawa (Japanese); Landon McDonald (English)

The green-haired son of the famous "Suidou Zaibatsu" in the 24th ward. He is extremely bright and generally has a calm demeanor.

Can't Take Criticism: Koki can't accept he is not being as mature as he thinks he is, unlike Shuta and Ran.

Supporting Characters

Asumi Suido

Voiced by: Manaka Iwami (Japanese); Xanthe Huynh (English)

Sister of Koki and childhood friend of her brother, Ran and Shuta whom she called "RGB" because of their hair colors. A year ago, she died getting trapped in a fire at school.

Posthumous Character: Passed away a year before the story begins.

Mari Sakuragi

Voiced by: Yui Makino (Japanese); Jackie Lastra (English)

A childhood friend of Ran, Kouki and Shuta, who works at her family's popular okonomiyaki restaurant "Itadaki" in the 24th Ward and has a puppy called Daisy.

Kinako

Voiced by: Nanami Tomaru (Japanese); Lisa Reimold (English)

A friend of Ran and member of the "DoRed" group.

Locked Out of the Loop: Was the only member of the DoRed to not end up on the run as she wasn't at the base when SARG attacked, nor is publicly known as a DoRed member. The rest of the group refuse to tell her where they're hiding for her safety.

Sakiko Tsuzuragawa

Voiced by: Hitomi Nabatame (Japanese); Amber Lee Connors (English)

She is the chief researcher of the Central Information Center and manages the Hazard Cast used by SARG which automatically calculates an predicts crime scenes. She also keeps a watchful eye over Koki.

The Atoner: For being the one to place Asumi's brain as the centre of the KANAE system. Turns to Death Seeker when she willingly accepts dying from a thunder strike while fixing the control cables for the construction cranes atop the Cornucopia.
Tainted Veins: Following her survival from the thunder strike, she has notable red veins running along her chest and left cheek.
Undying Loyalty: To Kanae Suido, especially in following her final wishes to take care of Koki and Asumi.

Gori Suidō

Voiced by: Taiten Kusunoki (Japanese); Jason Marnocha (English)

Koki and Asumi's father and the powerful mayor of the 24th Ward.

My God, What Have I Done?: Ultimately has this reaction when the truth of Asumi's consciousness being alive in the KANAE system is made known to him and the public.
Well-Intentioned Extremist: Has committed several morally dubious acts all for the good of the 24th Ward, especially of which being to put his own daughter's brain as the center of the KANAE System.

Kanae Suidō, nee Isshiki

Voiced by: Sayaka Ohara (Japanese); Dawn M. Bennett (English)

Koki and Asumi's mother, and former wife of Gori Suidō and died some years ago. She was a kind-hearted woman who worked as an elementary school teacher and had a strong interest in justice.

Kudo (Kunai) Naito

Voiced by: Soma Saito (Japanese); Khoi Dao (English)

A member of the "DoRed" group and childhood friend of Ran. He wanted to be a graffiti artist but was much better with technology and developed his hacking skills.

Kuchikiri (0th)

Voiced by: Jun'ichi Suwabe (Japanese), Armen Taylor (English)

A former associate of Kanae Isshiki and later mentor to Ran. He was injured in a car accident and became dyslexic, turning to graffiti art to express himself. Her rejected technology and started a campaign against the KANAE System.

Yamamori

Voiced by: Atsushi Imaruoka (Japanese); Bob Carter (English)

Member and bodyguard for the DoRed group.

Lucky

Voiced by: Eri Kitamura (Japanese); Shara Kirby (English)

An artist that is a member of DoRed.

Hiroki (Kaba) Shirakaba

Voiced by: Yoji Ueda (Japanese); SungWon Cho (English)

Former teacher at Takara Elementary school who keeps in contact with and takes an interest in the lives of his former students.

Sacrificial Lamb: Dies in episode 3, getting sucked in by the tornado while ensuring his daughter was rescued. The loss hits hard to the RGB trio due to their failure to work together and properly communicate during the crisis.

Kozue Shirakaba

Voiced by: Rina Hidaka (Japanese); Brittany Lauda (English)

Daughter of Hiroki Shirakaba who refuses to attend school following the fire in which Asumi was killed.

Survivor Guilt: She was being rescued by Asumi during the school fire and feels responsible for her death.
