  • Do Not Call Me "Paul": The nickname Len is fine. The nickname Lenny is not.
  • Pragmatic Pansexuality: He "comes out" as bisexual at the beginning of the series, stating that "bisexual people are more likely to succeed in business". After going on a date with Freckle, however, he doesn't seem to be too convinced.

  • Role-Ending Misdemeanor: In-universe, at one time was a pretty successful actress but then was caught and filmed jumping over the counter at a McDonald's to steal a filet-o-fish, and after the video went viral no one wanted to hire her. However, she then became a "sharman" to other actors.
