     Murasaki
Japanese: Mayumi Shō
English: Amanda Spivey
French: Agnès Gribe
European Spanish: Mercedes Diemand-Hartz

  • Damsel in Distress: She twice finds herself the target of kidnapping and/or traps. The first is when she is captured by a Fuma Ninja during her wedding, and demands the MacGuffin in exchange for her life. The demand motivates Goemon and company to steal the vase and deliver it to the Fuma.
  • Falling-in-Love Montage: Her meeting with Goemon is all shown in the Happy Flashback mentioned below. It starts with him meeting her on the way home from school on a rainy day, going through the seasons up to winter, with each scene showing Goemon becoming more comfortable with her.
  • Genki Girl: In great contrast to the The Stoic Goemon.
  • Happy Flashback: Goemon reminisces to the gang about how he met Murasaki while they're on their way to make the Hostage for MacGuffin switch. The happy story is then ended with Inspector Zenigata's arrival, and the trio have to escape.
  • Rummage Sale Reject: Murasaki pieces together a new outfit from Lupin's clothes so she won't have to move around in her wedding kimono. One of the pieces she chooses is his legendary red jacket (Lupin himself wears the green jacket in this caper).

     Fuma Boss
Japanese: Masashi Hirose
English: Paul Johnson
Italian: Diego Reggente
French: Philippe Peythieu
European Spanish: Antonio Gómez de Vicente (as "Jefe")

  • Ambiguously Brown: A somewhere in the same shade as Zenigata.
  • Bald of Evil: He is clean-shaven, with nary a hair on his body.
  • Bad Boss: He seemingly has no qualms about losing subordinates, and he also shows no emotion after some of them are butchered by a trap.
  • Big Bad: Serves as one for the OVA.
  • Disney Villain Death: He dies from the collapsing temple.
  • Faux Affably Evil: While he does act polite towards Fujiko and Old Man Suminawa, he has no concern for them.
  • No Name Given: He is only called "Boss" by his subordinates.

     Kazami
Japanese: Shigeru Chiba
English: Dave Underwood
French: Bernard Soufflet
European Spanish: Enric Isasi-Isasmendi

  • Asian Buck Teeth: He is Japanese with his front teeth sticking out.
  • Disney Villain Death: He dies thanks to Murasaki when she attempts to kill herself when she was held hostage, though she was rescued by Lupin.
  • The Dragon: Serves as this to his boss.
  • Four Eyes, Zero Soul: He's the second in command to the Boss and wears glasses throughout the OVA, though taking them off on occasion.
  • Mole in Charge: Acts as a fellow police officer from Saitama towards Zenigata, telling him of Lupin's recent reappearance at what would have been Goemon's wedding to Murasaki. It's all a front as the Saitama police force is a front for the Fuma clan.
  • Obviously Evil: Even before he reveals his true colors, viewers can tell Kazami is a bad guy due to his sinister eyes and teeth sticking out.
