Count Bleck's organization

The antagonists of Super Paper Mario, plus Tippi, now working to redeem themselves.
    General
  • The Atoner: Count Bleck and his minions, even Dimentio, seek to redeem themselves for nearly destroying everything in Super Paper Mario.
  • Family of Choice: They ultimately have become this.
Dimentio: "It's wonderful of you to be kind to somebody who's gone out of his way to make you miserable for his own pleasure."
Nastasia: "Sure. That's, um, what family is."

    Count Bleck

  • Badass Boast: Casually gives one to a would-be pickpocket in Episode 1.
"If you try it, I will send your head to a different dimension than your body,"
  • Badass in a Nice Suit
  • Deadpan Snarker: Count Bleck tends to be one in response to the incompetence of his minions
Count Bleck: "All right. I believe I know wha—where's Mimi?"
O'Chunks and Mr. L looked around themselves.
Count Bleck:"Mimi. You know her, yes? Yea tall, green pigtales, a new outfit every seventy-six seconds?"
  • One True Love: Timpani.
  • Star-Spangled Spandex: As per his character design, the interior of his cape (in fact, the only thing inside his cape) resembles outer space. Mimi asks if he even has a body in Episode 13 and the Count gives her a non-answer.
Count Bleck: "This isn't a pattern. My cape conceals the body of a vortex which leads into the vast emptiness of space. All that is and ever will be is concealed under this white cape and waistcoat."
    Mimi: "Really?"
Count Bleck: "No. I am lying to you."

    Timpani/Tippi
A Pixl and the Count's wife.

    Nastasia
Count Bleck's loyal secretary.

  • The Comically Serious: In contrast to the Count, she tends to keep a straight face when dealing with the minions' antics.

    Dimentio

  • The Ace: Fittingly, he is even better then The Count at dimensional magic.
  • Mysterious Past: The series never really delves into his Multiple-Choice Past beyond some ambiguous hints he may have been the one to write the Dark Prognosticus (and the author later said on the official Tumblr that she wrote that with the intention of it being equally likely that he actually did write it, and that he was lying because of Rule of Funny).
  • Token Evil Teammate: Played with. At the start of the series it's made quite clear that he's only hanging around Castle Bleck because he's lost the motivation to do anything evil and needs a place to stay while he figures things out. While he remains fond of annoying everyone else, as the series goes on it becomes increasingly clear he too seeks redemption.

    Mimi

    O'Chunks

  • Undying Loyalty: While all of the minions bar Dimentio are extremely loyal to Count Bleck, O'Chunks especially is incapable of even trying to doubt the Count.
