Kroohu the Pikachu
Debut: "Kroohu and the Unexpected Arrival"

The main protagonist of the series. Kroohu is a Pikachu who used to reside in the Pokémon World with his brother, Zieix.
- Flashback Echo: Kroohu sometimes acts all surprised or shocked when he remembers an event he may have forgotten all about when he was in the Pokémon world before ending up in the human world.
- Identity Amnesia: Kroohu doesn't remember who he is, what he is, where he is from and why he even ended up in the human world.
- Only Known by Their Nickname: Racky nicknames the Pikachu as "Kroohu" until they can regain his memories of who he is, where he is from and why he showed up in the human world, much to his surprise.
- Talking Animal: Kroohu (a Pikachu) speaks actual human language, despite being a Pokémon.
- Trigger Phrase: Kroohu unexpectedly receives two in Chapter 1 as he knows he has a brother, Zieix.
Zieix the Snivy
Debut: "Kroohu and the Partner Pokémon"

Kroohu's brother and the deuteragonist of the series. Zieix is a Snivy who used to reside in the Pokémon World with his brother, Kroohu.
- Distressed Dude: Zieix gets locked up in a cage to be tested on by the 256 identical officers in "Kroohu and the Partner Pokémon".
- Identity Amnesia: Like his brother, Kroohu, Zieix doesn't remember who he is, what he is, where he is from, and why he even ended up in the human world.
- Only Known by Their Nickname: Racky nicknames the Snivy as "Zieix" until they can regain his memories of who he is, where he is from and why he showed up in the human world.

Racky Cruise
Debut: "Kroohu and the Unexpected Arrival"

A fanboy of the Pokémon franchise who has a kind heart. He is the younger cousin of Blacky.
- Fanboy: Exaggerated. Racky not only plays every video game in the franchise
, but he watches all of the anime episodes and even reads all of the mangas. - Hidden in Plain Sight: In "Kroohu and the Unexpected Arrival", Racky has Kroohu live with him in his house to avoid drawing attention to himself from anyone in the public eye.
- Humans Are Good: Racky is exceptionally kind to Kroohu; he even lets him spend the night at his house.
- Nice Guy: Racky is a caring person who loves to help those in need and allows Kroohu to spend the night with him at his house after unexpectedly arriving in his world.
- Red Oni, Blue Oni: Racky is the fun-loving, talkative and energetic red to Blacky's calm, severe and levelheaded blue.
Blacky Cruise
Debut: "Kroohu and the AniPokéTube Fan"
Voiced By: John Uriens Cruz
A fanboy of the Pokémon franchise, although the only thing he likes about Pokémon is its fandom. He is the older cousin of Racky.
- Deadpan Snarker: Downplayed. He only acts sarcastic from time to time.
- Large Ham: Blacky loves to be very empathetic while speaking to everyone around him. It's his nature.
- Leaning on the Fourth Wall: He mentions Luap being the only Pokémon content creator who is friends with the creator who made the series said characters are in.
- Red Oni, Blue Oni: Blacky is calm, severe and levelheaded blue to Racky's fun-loving, talkative and energetic red.
