This koopa is a hard-boiled and hotheaded private detective from Rogueport, visiting for the Mushroom Kingdom Sticker Festival after an invitation from childhood friend Professor Jam. Typically a straight man within the group, he possesses the brute class and has the rage ability in combat.- Expy: Of Lieutenant Columbo, obviously.

) is the tutorial character and DM of the Paper Mario DND campaign. She's a longtime friend of Lieutenant Koolumbo and invited him over for the Mushroom Kingdom's Sticker Festival. Jam is often conniving and unpredictable, occasionally acting out of line to ensure the party's campaign continues to go smoothly. Because of how Paper Mario DND is hosted, Jam is a physical character within the campaign who curates battles, while NPCs and enemies are played by extras.- Author Appeal: Jam is designed after Toadette, one of Rosa's favorite Mario characters. Jam's chaotic nature is also reminiscent of Rosa's own behavior on therealyocow's livestreams as well as the Ready to Start Cast.
- Beware the Silly Ones: Despite her appearance, Jam is one of the most unhinged and lethal members of the primary cast.
- Damsel in Distress: Kidnapped by a Whomp in Hooktail Castle.
- Morally Ambiguous Doctorate: Kills 3 separate NPCs over the course of the first stream and wakes Koolumbo up by setting him on fire.
- Offscreen Teleportation: Tends to use this to get to the party's next destination.
- Pyromaniac: Tends to use explosives and fire flowers in combat.

) is an amateur vigilante and the second party member encountered. He's the safety freak of the cast, often the first to turn paranoid about a situation or voice his concerns about the circumstances they find themselves in. Sherbert's powers consist of pyrokinesis and cryokinesis with the fire and ice flowers. One of his main combat abilities finds him tossing his opponent, frequently used with Koolumbo.- Fastball Special: Throwing other party members serves as one of his signature attacks.

) is the party's rogue. Fitting for an ukiki, whenever there's an opportunity, she'll be sure to ask if there's any treasure or valuables within the surrounding area. Honeydew makes frequent use of thieving and hiding in her combat. Shark

The Deadly Organization VI

A zeti from Lost Hex and recurring foe of Sonic the Hedgehog. The leader of The Deadly Organization VI.- Big Bad: Taking him down is the main thrust of the campaign.
- Big Brother Is Watching: Zavok is able to censor what's written on Toad Town's bulletin board soon after he first declares his rule to the party. In addition, he's able to both see and speak through the Hexakoopas he has around the kingdom.
- Company Cross References: Zavok is a major character in the games Cart Ride Into Get Eaten By Zavok Obby (Who Killed Zomom) and Find The Zavoks by Bearly Heroes, the Roblox development team therealyocow and Poisonluigi are apart of.
- Creator In-Joke: Zavok is a reoccurring joke on therealyocow's streams.
- Hopeless Boss Fight: Has an impenetrable amount of HP in his first fight against the party, forcing them to flee.
- Moral Guardians: His first action upon taking over the Mushroom Kingdom is to censor profanity.
- Vocal Dissonance: Has a detached apathetic performance by BeeKirby, contrasting with his overwhelming strength and malevolent intent.
