The game's unnamed and featureless protagonist, a young woman who has been leading an ordinary life until the Academy's principal, Ricardo, sends her an admission letter for possessing special powers.

The heroine's classmate who, along with the rest of his unit, welcomes her when she newly transfers into the school. A fairly cocky and brash guy who thinks highly of himself, though bearing no malice.

• Blood Knight: Strangely enough. In the first chapter, once the battle after the alarm is over, he exclaims that it's "not enough". He later flat-out says that he enrolls in the school because he likes to fight.
• Sleepyhead: Isn't he ever! He even falls asleep the very first second you meet him and doesn't seem to ever be truly awake, almost perpetually drowsy.

Prefect of the Ruber House, a very androgynous guy with a warm and kind personality… as well as a bad case of Chronic Hero Syndrome, a short fuse and fairly impressive physical strength despite his slender build.

• Camp Straight: He is very effeminate from appearance to behavior, even employing feminine speech patterns.
• Chronic Hero Syndrome: All his talk about how wizards need to fight evil and help others for the good of the world can get quite cheesy and grating to hear. He is also very quick to react when any of his fellow students says or does anything even remotely not morally upstanding.
• Curtains Match the Window: Brown hair and brown eyes.
• Dude Looks Like a Lady: Well just look at him.
• Gender-Blender Name: "Tsubaki" is simply not a masculine name.
• Hair-Trigger Temper: Though he is a nice guy who cares about the well-being of others, he is also very short-tempered and can switch from sunshine and smiles to yelling and punches pretty quickly.
• Muscles Are Meaningless: Despite his delicate appearance, you really don't want him to hit you.
  Leon: This… gentleman over here is a little tough!
• Personality Blood Types: Type O.
• Reasonable Authority Figure: The most morally upstanding Prefect out of the three in the game, with a very strong sense of chivalry and responsibility towards others.
• They Call Me MISTER Tibbs!: His reaction when Leon refers to him as "that guy"? He runs up to him and hits him.
