Llama Llama

The title character, Llama Llama (originally known as Baby Llama) is an excitable llama who loves being with his mama and is sometimes scared of trying new things, he carries his Fuzzy Llama everywhere he goes.
- Age Lift: Between "Llama Llama Red Pajama" until "Llama Llama Misses Mama" he was clearly a toddler and openly cried after Mama Llama leaves on his first day of preschool. In the Netflix series, he's capable of speaking full sentences and already started Kindergarten making him possibly around the age of 5 or 6.
- Big "NO!": He does this twice.
- when he realizes he forgot to bring Fuzzy Llama to his grandparents' house.
- Also when his toast burns in the "Lucky Pajamas" episode.
- Bratty Half-Pint: He acts like this in the beginning. Thankfully, he gets better as the books go on.
- Character Development: In the earliest books, Llama Llama was a somewhat bratty toddler prone to tantrums, however, he does mellow out in the other books & in the animated series.
- Expy: He was like a llama version of Caillou earlier on, inverted later on though.
- I Want My Mommy!: He did this often in the earlier books, but grows out of it quickly.
- Nice Guy: He gradually becomes a nice person as the series goes on.
- Trademark Favorite Food: Pancakes
