- I Will Wait for You: As it turns out, she had a lover named Rocky. Rocky had a twin brother named Ricky, who was also in love with the mermaid. Ricky got rid of Rocky, but Marla doesn't seem to know this. Marla believes Rocky is still out there and will still wait for him.
