Gem Race
- One of the most powerful and feared species to ever exist in the GrimmFall universe. As their canon selves from the Steven Universe, the Gems hollow and drain planets in the universe. Being one of the three Great Powers, with only a few capable of stopping them. Because of this, they have the ire of many races, though few act against them. Though maybe, a certain boy might be able to stop them.

The Great Diamond Authority
- The three great rulers of the Gem Race, known as The Diamonds by all that know them. They are White Diamond, Yellow Diamond, Blue Diamond, and up until her death, Pink Diamond. They rule the entire Gem Race with an iron fist, and are considered one of the most dangerous enemies in the cosmos. Very few can stand against them.
White Diamond (Leader)
The supreme authority of Homeworld, White has put into motion plans to reinvigorate the Gem Empire via capturing the Elementals and a deal with Bill Cipher.
- Adaptational Villainy: White in canon, while still the creator of a flawed and screwed-up society, genuinely believed it was the best way to go about things and her callousness could be construed as a consequence of being a Well-Intentioned Extremist, and likewise, didn't do much to influence events on Earth. White in Grimmfall intends to capture the Elementals and empower the Gem Empire, taking over the entire universe in the process, which in this continuity is populated with numerous races of intelligent life, which wasn't the case in SU canon.
- Galactic Conqueror: More pronounced in Grimmfall than canon, owing to the various sentient races and the presence of other galactic organizations opposed to the Gems. White fully intends to usher in Era 3 by taking over the entire galaxy.
- Shout-Out: Her debut chapter has her quoting Thanos, claiming that bringing perfection to the universe puts a smile on her face.

- During the great war, numerous Humans, Faunus, and Mobians, had been taken from earth as a means for study. Over the years however, they eventually began following and obeying the Gem Race and are obedient to them, and are allowed to live interdependently on their own in the Special Zone. They serve as a possible force to use against their enemies and are well trained.
