* AdaptationalVillainy: White in canon, while still the creator of a flawed and screwed-up society, genuinely believed it was the best way to go about things and her callousness could be construed as a consequence of being a WellIntentionedExtremist, and likewise, didn't do much to influence events on Earth. White in ''Grimmfall'' intends to capture the Elementals and empower the Gem Empire, taking over the entire universe in the process, which in this continuity is populated with numerous races of intelligent life, which wasn't the case in SU canon.
* GalacticConqueror: More pronounced in ''Grimmfall'' than canon, owing to the various sentient races and the presence of other galactic organizations opposed to the Gems. White fully intends to usher in Era 3 by taking over the entire galaxy.
* ShoutOut: Her debut chapter has her quoting [[Film/AvengersInfinityWar Thanos]], claiming that bringing perfection to the universe puts a smile on her face.

Over the years however, they eventually began following and obeying the Gem Race and are obedient to them, and are allowed to live interdependently on their own in the Special Zone.
