- While almost little to nobody would work with Vilgax, the mad titan himself would gain certain allies at times of need. From either those who see him as a hero, or those he tricks working for him. Point being said, his already formidable powers and status is increased further with the aid of his own allies.

An alien conqueror who was defeated by Max Tennyson sometime in the past, and was in turn taken in by the Flame Keeper Circle as he was assumed to be their God, Diagon. He currently seeks to further expand his power.- Composite Character: Of himself, in a way. Vilgax ends up going through many of the injuries he suffered throughout the entire run of Ben 10, first appearing to fight in his Alien Force incarnation, with his Semblance unlocked, before being severely injured again and thus returning in his form from the original series.
Followers: Flame Keeper Circle
- A cult that worshiped the being known as Diagon, and found a near-dead Vilgax and presumed him to be their icon. Using his silver tongue, Vilgax fooled them into thinking he was Diagon, and now uses them as he pleases. From information gathering to helping him heal, or even using them as guinea pigs when testing his own power. The cult doesn't mind one bit.

The Glorft
- An alien species from the far future, where according to them in the present era eventually their ancestral home planet would be colonized by none other than the Gems. They would nearly go extinct, but upon hearing of Vilgax the Conqueror, they would gather and began worshiping him as a hero. Eventually becoming one of the greatest threats in the universe, and even become a bigger threat than the Grimm in the future. Now they currently live in the past, and as of recent have met their hero in a twist of fate.
