- Papa Wolf: Is protective of his younger sister Jordan, who goes missing in season 1 while traveling.
- The Smart Guy: Andre is the technical expert of the team.
Cameron Vo
Cameron Vo
- Played By: Vinessa Vidotto
- Badges and Dog Tags: Cameron is a West Point Graduate and briefly served in the U.S. Army.
- Number Two: Becomes this after Jamie Kelett's departure from the Fly Team.
- Office Romance: With Damian Powell starting at the end of Season 2. By Season 3, it has cooled off and ended, at Vo's instigation.
- Tomboyish Ponytail: A version of this. Cameron always has her hair tied back into a tight knot while working. She only wears it down once a case is finished, or is undercover.
- Unresolved Sexual Tension: Shares a strong bond with Raines which Damian interprets as a 'thing' that he's not going to get in the way of after Raines saves his life.
- You Are in Command Now: In "The Last Stop", she takes command of an undercover op in Libya from Hungary to free an ex-FBI agent turned contractor detained in Libya.

- Old Friend: Smitty and Scott worked together prior to her becoming part of the Fly Team.
Amanda Tate

- Mission Control: Helms the researching and feeds the required information to the agents both in the field and in the office to help them solve their cases.
- The Sixth Ranger: Joins the team at the start of Season 3 when Raines is forced off duty due to a severe injury and stays as part of the team once Raines returns.
- The Smart Gal: The team's analyst.

Jamie Kellett
- Played By: Heida Reed
- Action Girl: One of the few female FBI agents assigned to Budapest.
- Number Two: Was Scott's second in command until her departure from the Fly Team
- Office Romance: Has already embarked on one with Scott before the start of the first season. They eventually decide to break up.
- Put on a Bus: She leaves the Fly Team for DC after the first episode of Season 3, deciding that she has run from her grief at her sister's suicide and has been away from her family for long enough. .
Katrin Jaeger

- Played By: Christiane Paul
- Put on a Bus: Katrin got transferred to other departments in Europol, but she does sometimes help the Fly Team in some cases.
Damian Powell
Damian Powell
- Played By: Greg Hovanessian
- Badges and Dog Tags: Damian served in the U.S. Army and had one tour of duty with Scott.
- Berserk Button: The sexual mistreatment of underage girls, due to a gruelling mission he was part of in Bolivia.
- Deep Cover Agent: Damian's introduction during Season 2, investigating the Norseman Brotherhood.
- Elites Are More Glamorous: Damian served in the U.S. Army's Special Forces and served on the same team as Scott.
- I Owe You My Life: A variation on this. Damian tells Cameron that he was mad about her cooling off their relationship but that Andre saved his life so he's not going to get in the way of Cameron and Andre's 'thing.'
- Office Romance: With Cameron Vo at the end of Season 2. By Season 3, it has cooled off and ended, at Vo's instigation.
- Put on a Bus: Transferred to another undercover assignment in Season 3 at Scott's request.
- The Sixth Ranger: Joins the team at Scott's request after the Fly Team aids him with an undercover operation during Season 2.
