Thomas the Tank Engine

Thomas is the number 1 engine of the North Western.

A Day in the Limelight: After 52 episodes of being Demoted to Extra, Thomas finally gets a starring role in Thomas and the Fortune Teller, the first chaper of season 2's Grand Finale movie.
Big Brother Mentor: Serves this role to several engines, namely Rosie.
Blue Is Heroic: He’s blue and
Demoted to Extra: The main character of the franchise the series is based on, here it takes 53 episodes just for him to have a major role.
The Other Darrin: Was voiced by several of Enterpising Engines' friends in season 1, fellow proliflic Thomas fan creator Thomas Wooden Railway in Rosie, Jlouvier for most of season 2 (and some of season 3.) and Sodor NWR steam for Thomas and the Fortune Teller.
- From a non VA persepctive 3 different regular models of Thomas have been used in the series.

All-Loving Hero: Edward is very kind and patience with everyone.
A Day in the Limelight: Life Boats from season 1, which sees Edward be the first character to be christened a Enterprising Engine.
Big Damn Heroes: Shows up at the end of the season 1 finale "Conspiracy Theory" to snap Stanley out of the dark thoughts Diesel put in his mind.
Blueis Heroic: Willing to lay down his tender for anyone and us blue,
Cool Old Guy: Just like in both the books and the TV Series, Edward is one of the oldest living engines on Sodor, and also one of the wisest and friendliest.
Team Dad: Pretty much everyone sees him as this. Especially Bill and Ben.
The Other Darrin: Tardis Rescue replace Enterprising himself as Edward's voice actor from Aura of Menace on.
- In Aura of Menace his model was replaced with the 2013 version.

A Day in the Limelight: Gets one in Improvisation, and shares one with Kurt in Henry and Kurt.
Grumpy Old Man: Is described as being this for the railway.
Nature Lover: He loves nature and hates to see it destroyed. It’s why he and Kurt don’t see eye to eyel
The Big Guy: One of the biggest engines on Sodor.
The Other Darrin: After being voiced by some of Enterpising's friends in season 1, he is voiced by Steam Team Redub UK from James goes on a Trip to The Suggestion Box, being replaced by the Buried Truck from Thomas and the Fortune Teller on.
