Coraline
The main protagonist of the fanfic. After dealing with The Other World and its creator, The Other Mother, Coraline now end travelling to Mount Ebbot and falls on the Underground to save the SOUL's from the fallen humans.
Caroline
A mysterious and playful girl with an appearance similar to Coraline (excluding swapped colors, paler skin and rosey cheeks). She seems to make the paper of Chara as the first human that fell down and became Asriel's adoptive sister and best friend.
- Blush Sticker: One of the differences of her appearance to Coraline's appearance.
- Deadpan Snarker: Clear demonstrated on her first chat with Coraline after the latter fell down.
- Original Character
Flowey
One of the main antagonist's of the fanfic. A flower who attempts to trick Coraline in being his friend and seems to have a large connection with Caroline, confusing Coraline with the latter.
- Big Bad: One of them, with a similar paper to his origin game and as a new threat.
- Faux Affably Evil: Equal to his origin appearance. The mask is almost thrown off when Coraline mentions Caroline to him.
Toriel
The caretaker of the Ruins. She saves Coraline from Flowey and begans to see the former as a reincarnation of her adoptive daughter. She leaves Coraline free to go in the Ruins but not before wishing Good Luck for the former's mission.
- Flashback Cut: When Coraline says to Toriel she isn't her real mother, Toriel has one of these with Caroline speaking a similar line while playing with scissors.
The Other Wybie
One of the former creations of The Other Mother, based on Wybie and originally meant to be used as a means for Coraline to stay in the other world. Here, he briefly returns on Chapter 2 to warn Coraline The Other Mother is still alive.
The Cat
One of the old allies of Coraline who briefly helps her on the Ruins and task Sans to help her ownwards.
- Sidekick: To Coraline on the Ruins.
The Human SOU Ls
Six humans that falled down before Coraline and after Caroline.
- Ascended Extra: All of the humans will have an appearance, name, and backstory. Most of them with an appearance reminiscent of Coraline characters.
- Empathic Weapon: The armory and weaponry they dropped on the world contain shards of they SOU Ls. If one weapon and one armor with the same "glow" are joined, a ghost of the old owner of these will appear. Patricia appeared to Coraline after the latter found out the Toy Knife and the Faded Ribbon.
The Beldam/The Other Mother
One of the main antagonist's of the fanfic. She wishes revenge agains't Coraline escaping and setting free the Ghost Children.
- Big Bad: One of them, as an old threat and a surprise.
Sans
A lazy skeleton with affinity for puns. He was tasked by The Cat to help Coraline on the Underground ownward.
- Berserk Button: Insulting his brother is one of these. Coraline learned this on Chapter 6.
- Pungeon Master
Papyrus
A skeleton who dreams to join the Royal Guard and be popular, and Sans' brother.
- Cloud Cuckoo Lander: Equal to his origin appearance.
- Comically Missing the Point: He hears Coraline groaning behind a Lamp shaped like her. What he thinks? The Lamp had enough of Sans' puns.
