Lacy's partner-in-crime, Luma is an extroverted and excitable Foil to her best friend and neighbor.
- Action Fashionista: Leaning more on the fashionista side because her powers aren't really combat oriented.
- Barrier Warrior: Has a gold shield that she uses to protect herself and her friends, especially Lacy.
- Chameleon Camouflage: Is able to blend into her surroundings.
- The Heart: Is definitely the center and soul of the group
- Non-Action Guy: Definitely not the fighter type either in her powers or her temperament
- The Power of Love: At Second Tier her gains this as an actual array of powers. Holding her hand gives Lacy a benefit in certain rolls. She has the ability to give her teammates bonuses by verbal encouragement. Actually saves Hopps' life at one point by using a karma boost to activate a medbot when Hopps is on the verge of death. Heart Is an Awesome Power indeed.

A front-end designer hoping to gain a job in the corporate ranks of Los Angeles so she might save her neighborhood from being taken over by the very same people she hopes to work with.

- Internal Reformist: Of a sort. Oya wants to use the money earned working for the corporations to invest back into her community and help them secure the funds needed to fight back.
