Atla Ka-Ilaqu is an Argonian who works on the Dawn's Venture. A former mercenary, she now offers her knowledge to Cardana Pallo to avoid fraudulent goods.

Cardana Pallo
Voiced by: Olivia Steele
Cardana Pallo is an Imperial merchant selling wares from all across Tamriel aboard the Dawn's Venture.
- Deadpan Snarker: Quite a few of her lines are pretty sarcastic.Cardana: (in response to the player knocking over physics objects) Usually I don't allow children near my wares, but you look like you can pay for any damages, at least.
- Intrepid Merchant: She's been all over Tamriel, and offers rumors and goods from various distant lands.
Garon
Voiced by: Alex Cain
Garon is a Bosmer working as a guard for Cardana Pallo aboard the Dawn's Venture.
- Shout-Out: One of his lines when asked about Cyrodiil might be a reference to the Cthulhu Mythos, as well as to the Deep Ones of the town of Hackdirt in Oblivion (which itself was a Whole-Plot Reference to The Shadow Over Innsmouth).Garon: Be careful if you ever go spelunking across Cyrodiil. There are creatures there in the deep beyond even the most obscure mythos.
Olmstead Reyn
Voiced by: Stuart Thomas "Captainstoo" Hall
Olmstead Reyn is the Breton captain of the Dawn's Venture.
- Father Neptune: He's an old, skilled, and experienced sailor, and pretty much anything he tells you about other provinces relates to sailing in some way. By his own admission, he spends pretty much all his time sailing or waiting to put to sea.
- Noodle Incident: If you ask about Black Marsh, he just says he doesn't want to talk about it.Cardana Pallo: Are you ever going to tell me what happened in Black Marsh?
Olmstead: I don't think so, no. - Seadog Beard: An old sailor who sports some impressive facial hair.
