Other Galactic Guardians and Allies

     Atomic Roger
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/screen_shot_2010_10_27_at_31938_pm_1.png

Voiced by: Dwayne Hill
A narcissistic Galactic Guardian who fancies himself as the best in the business. Unsurprisingly, he gets on Betty's nerves, especially since he tends to interfere in her missions.
  • Captain Space, Defender of Earth!: A more straightforward version of the trope, complete with the dashing looks and gigantic ego.
  • Driven by Envy: Roger secretly covets Betty's rank as the top Galactic Guardian due to the fame and recognition it brings. As such, he often goes around and brags to Betty's friends (both on and off Earth) that he is the hero, and the actual secret behind Betty's success and reputation.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: While Roger is egotistical and boastful, he is by no means a bad person.
  • Small Name, Big Ego: He believes himself to be the best damn Galactic Guardian in the universe when that title clearly belongs to Betty. However, he's too egotistical to even notice that Betty actually is better than him.
  • Fake-Hair Drama: He is exceptionally vain about his blonde hair, which is in fact, a wig.

     Robo-Betty

A robot duplicate of Betty that Sparky and X-5 constructed. Although it was originally meant to fill in for Betty while she was off on space missions, the Robo-Betty ended up becoming a recurring ally of Betty and her crew.

Voiced by: Len Carlson (Seasons 1 and 2), Dwayne Hill (Season 3)
X-5's uncle. An extremely outdated robot who once served the Galactic Guardians, but nowadays, he lives on the junkyard planet of Crushton and sometimes assists his nephew on missions.
  • Cool Old Guy: The rundown robot equivalent of such.
  • Cool Uncle: To X-5, who is shown admire and respect him a lot.
  • Old Soldier: As a Galactic Guardian veteran, complete with the missing limbs and an army helmet.

     Spindly Tam Kanushu

Voiced by: Len Carlson (Seasons 1 and 2), Dwayne Hill (Season 3)
An old alien sensei who taught Betty the various fighting skills she uses on her missions. He is a close ally of the Galactic Guardians and an old friend of Beatrixo.
  • Eccentric Mentor: Occasionally comes off as this. His oddball moments however don't diminish the fact that he really is a clever and powerful martial arts master who trained Betty and works with the Galactic Guardians to protect various powerful artifacts.
  • Old Master: He's basically the outer space version of your classic elderly Japanese martial arts sensei.
  • Power Floats: Constantly levitates in a meditating position.

     Zulia

Voiced by: Kathleen Laskey
Sparky's mother. She has a habit of dating the villains her son battles, namely Maximus I.Q.
  • Amazingly Embarrassing Parents: To Sparky. Her doting habits and tendency to date supervillains often annoy her son or inadvertently embarrass him.
  • Villain Over for Dinner: She has an on-and-off relationship with Maximus I.Q., but has even dated Maximus' own father.

     Jimmy (MAJOR SPOILERS)

Voiced by: William Shatner (in "The NO-L9"), Gary Krawford (all other appearances)
Betty's grandfather and Beatrixo's husband. He was a scientist studying the "musicality of space rocks" and often accompanied his wife on missions in their youth, but he was lost during a battle between Beatrixo and Maximus' father. In the Season 2 special "The NO-L 9", Betty rediscovers him living on the singing planets of NO-L 9 during a mission against Maximus I.Q., allowing him to be finally reunited with his family.
