MS Industries, Inc., also known as MSCorp or Sandt Industries, is a gargantuan corporation founded and owned by Mikko Sandt. The company specializes in experimental technologies, mostly in the fields of extradimensional travel and military tech, and is staffed by Mikko's devout followers, all of which worship him as a god. Prior to the beginning of the game, a band of environmentalists, who have grown tired of Mikko's exploitation of the planet, hired Duke Nukem to take out Sandt before he can ruin the Earth even further; while he was successful in his mission, Mikko's death didn't stick, and his followers were able to recover his corpse and resurrect him. Now, with the CEO's return as a cybernetically enhanced soldier, the company continues to expand its reach to new areas in both the name of Mikko Sandt and the pursuit of profit.
MSCorp is one of the AMC's primary backers, along with the Earth Defense Force and Earth Attack Force, and Mikko serves as one of the AMC Squad's field agents. Despite all of this, MSCorp has refused to donate any of its vast amount of resources to the Complex, for reasons not specified. Regardless, MSCorp and the Allied Military Complex continue to enjoy a steady partnership, and their continued efforts to combat threats looming over the horizon have been successful.
- Cult of Personality: The whole staff of MSCorp fanatically worship and revere Mikko Sandt as a god, and are willing to die for him if it means protecting him and his company's secrets. Best shown in the mission "Snow Base," as a scientist held hostage by mercenaries is about to be executed before he tells Mikko that "[he'd] rather die than turn against the company."
- Cyborg: The company's security force consists of cybernetically enhanced soldiers, each of whom can take a lot of punishment from enemy forces before dying.
- Expy: The MSCorp soldiers resemble the Order's Acolytes; they wear uniforms similar to the Acolytes' uniforms, they're stated to be cybernetically enhanced in their file, their equipment consists of an automatic rifle and a small shield, and their behavior is cold and mechanical. Plus, they worship and take orders from a single deity (in this case, Mikko Sandt).
- Private Military Contractors: MSCorp fields its own private army, which guard their facilities and dissuade trespassers from entering any of them without proper clearance. Mikko can order any of the soldiers around in missions featuring him.
- Redshirt Army: Despite being said to be well-trained and equipped soldiers, MSCorp's security force tend to die rather easily in the missions featuring Mikko. In some cases, however, some of the soldiers are capable of fighting back against mercenaries and other intruders until Mikko can arrive, and can provide Mikko with fire support should he require their assistance.
