MS Industries, Inc., also known as [=MSCorp=] or Sandt Industries, is a [[MegaCorp gargantuan corporation]] founded and owned by Mikko Sandt. The company specializes in experimental technologies, mostly in the fields of extradimensional travel and military tech, and is staffed by Mikko's [[{{Cult}} devout followers]], all of which worship him as a god. Prior to the beginning of the game, a band of environmentalists, who have grown tired of Mikko's exploitation of the planet, hired [[VideoGame/DukeNukem3D Duke Nukem]] to take out Sandt before he can ruin the Earth even further; [[HopeSpot while he was successful in his mission]], Mikko's death didn't stick, and his followers were able to recover his corpse and resurrect him. Now, with the CEO's return as a [[{{Cyborg}} cybernetically enhanced]] soldier, the company continues to expand its reach to new areas in both the name of Mikko Sandt and the pursuit of profit.
[=MSCorp=] is one of the AMC's primary backers, along with the [[Characters/AMCSquadEarthDefenseForce Earth Defense Force]] and [[Characters/AMCSquadAllies Earth Attack Force]], and Mikko serves as one of the AMC Squad's field agents. Despite all of this, [=MSCorp=] has refused to donate any of its vast amount of resources to the Complex, for reasons not specified. Regardless, [=MSCorp=] and the Allied Military Complex continue to enjoy a steady partnership, and their continued efforts to combat threats looming over the horizon have been successful.
