The Ask Pippamena blog is a My Little Pony ask blog created by Professor Venturer, aka Glimenade. It follows the adventures of Pippamena (Now known as Primrose Petals), a psychotic Pipp Petals hell-bent on killing other ponies for making fun of her height, and Sunny Starscout, her dedicated marefriend and partner in crime.

The blog can be found on Derpibooru and Tumblr.

Examples of tropes include:

• Animal Sweet on Object: When Enrique finds Señor Butterscotch in the closet, he mistakes it for another mare and tries to woo it until Pipp tells him that it's just Señor Butterscotch. In the next post, Enrique is shown hiding his face, flushed pink from embarrassment.
• Arc Villain: In the October 2022 arc, Pinkamena somehow manages to kidnap Sunny, tie her to a bombed chair, and hold her hostage at Canter Logic. Pipp eventually finds them both and Pinkie and Pipp fight.
  • The latest one was Rainbow Factory Dash, who came straight out of nowhere. It doesn't end well for her.
• Ask a Stupid Question...: "Do you think you are evil?" "DUH."
• Berserk Button: Pipp is easy to anger in this blog, but the one thing that is guaranteed to make Pipp lose it (even more so than before) is if you make fun of her height. It's what caused her to go insane in the first place.

Pipp: They're still doing it... They're still doing it... THEY'RE STILL DOING IT...

• Betrayal by Offspring: Pipp kills her own mother, Queen Haven, near the very beginning of the blog.
• Bring My Brown Pants: Pipp pees herself when Sunny threatens to kill her when we first meet her.
  • Windy also does this when Pipp offers her a "gift," a daisy, in the May 2022 arc. Daisies are Windy's biggest fear.
  • Rainbow Factory Dash does this after Enrique cuts her open.
• Cheshire Cat Grin: Oh yeah. Pipp does this a lot.

Pipp: Enrique... The baby is going to be intersex, not nonbinary.

• Deus ex Machina: How did Sunny survive the blast at Canter Logic? By becoming an alicorn at the last second.
• Et Tu, Brute?: It is implied in the October 2022 arc that Professor Venturer was the one who ratted Pipp and Sunny out and got them sent to the asylum. Even when Pipp was madly in love with him.

Pipp: [angrily] I should've never let him out of my sight...

• Face–Heel Turn: Sunny does this in the April 2022 arc after Pipp caves her face in as a result of solitary confinement. Why she does this is never officially explained.

Sunny: Welcome home, Pipp.

• French Jerk: Although not to Pipp and Sunny, Enrique, an explosive-loving unicorn goon, is essentially this.
• French Maid Outfit: Pipp puts one on to get to Sunny. Sunny's nose then bleeds for the second time so far.
• Groin Attack: In the May 2022 arc, someone asks if Pipp is ticklish. So Professor Venturer tickles her. The audience likes this, so they request other ways to tickle her. This time, he wasn't so lucky, as Pipp kicks him in the nuts before he could do anything.
• Nice Job Breaking It, Hero: When someone asks if Sunny was happy to see Ghost!Izzy again, Sunny starts to cry in Pipp's arms, and Pipp gives the asker a disapproving look.
• Nose Bleed: Sunny does this twice in the series so far: the first time from seeing Pipp wear a luau outfit, the second time from Pipp wearing a French Maid Outfit. She did have one when Pipp caved her face in before they became a couple, but that doesn't count. Either way, all three nosebleeds were caused by Pipp in some way.
• Official Couple: Sunny and Pipp become this in the October 2022 arc.
• Painting the Medium: Each of the main characters is assigned a different font and color to talk with.
  • Pipp talks in the font An Unfortunate Event (the title font for A Series of Unfortunate Events.). The text is usually black, but it turns red whenever she's shouting or emphasizing something.
    • Professor Venturer also uses this font for promos for the blog.
  • Enrique talks in Optima Black, and his text is crimson-colored like his fur.
  • Sunny, along with the minor characters, talk in the font Equestria, and their text color matches their fur color as well (unless if their fur is white, then it matches their mane color). However, Sunny did talk in the font Hero Beam Regular for a short amount of time, but Professor Venturer forgot to use it one time and went back to using Equestria again.
• Scary Teeth: When someone asks if they could come over, Pipp does invite them over. It's just... her teeth are now razor-sharp instead of the usual fangs.
  Pipp: Yeah sure! Go ahead and come on over! I WON'T BITE...
• Shout-Out: When you get an ask blog made by a memer, you're bound to have a few memes and pop culture references scattered here and there:
  • Hitch Trailblazer (aka Bitch Failblazeit by a different person) speaks in Unown.
  • The way Pipp accidentally shoots someone is a reference to Eddsworld.
  Unknown Pony: Augh, my knee! My favorite knee!

  • To add to this, it's revealed in a different post that it was Sprout who got shot.
  Sprout: AUGH, MY KNEE! MY SECOND-FAVORITE KNEE!
  • Pipp said her favorite cartoon is Rick and Morty.
  • One of the askers gives Sunny Elderam's Gift.
  • When one of the askers tries to reason with Pipp that unicorns may not be familiar with modern tech (much less Izzy), Pipp makes a Pepe Sylvia reference by marking a picture of Alphabittle holding a phone with a big red circle and sporting a necktie.
  • Do you kno de wae?
    • One of the Knuckles' is dressed like Waldo.
    • The old man in the picture is two references in one: Pokémon and SMG4 Super Mario 64 Bloopers.
  • Although Pipp doesn't watch a lot of Disney movies, her favorite Disney villain is Zurg. Because sci fi.
  • Hyjinx is modelled after Scratch Cat.
  • Pipp's favorite movie is Back to the Future.
  • In a promo for the blog's revival, Pipp danced to the song "Buckle Your Pants" from BattleBlock Theater.
  • The banner for the October 2022 arc is a reference to Game Grumps.
  • "The floof is strong with this one." (Pipp when asked about Misty)
  • Pipp running over Opaline with a Zamboni is a reference to Sonic for Hire. Pipp even quotes Sonic.
  Pipp: GET A TASTE OF THIS ZAMBONI PONY!!!
• Tears of Joy: Pipp gets these when she learns that Sunny not only saved Pipp when she turned into an alicorn, but the multiverse as well.

Pipp: [crying] Thanks, Sunny. You're the best friend a pony could ask for.
