  • Téa's stage, Sacred Street, is a joyous street at Christmas time. When the clock strikes 12, the setting and music change to Snow Spirit, a more solemn track that still captures the mood of the stage.
  • Mai's stage, Valley of Howling Winds, uses a mellotron and oboe to capture the feel of wind.
  • Mokuba's stage, Guiding Mansion, is a suspenseful piece with an awesome synthesizer and drum section halfway through.
  • Ryou Bakura's stage, Moonlit Cherry Blossoms, is a somber tune inspired by traditional Japan. It's equal parts calm and sad.
  • Bandit Keith's stage, Treasure Trove, fits both his arrogance and the stage you fight him on, which is a trove full of stolen riches.
  • Pegasus's first stage, Imperfect Paradise, is a classical piece that moves a touch too fast for the type of music it is, reflecting Pegasus's off-kilter behavior.
  • Shadi's first stage, Limitless Sanctuary, is a brassy, faintly sinister tune that reflects the stage's theme of how well you can play when the rules change on you.

  • Shadi's second stage, Sealed Sanctuary, starts out as a quiet, unsettling piece reminiscent of a church. Then, when the dragon statues come to life and attack, it switches to Ravaging Storm, a frantic remix of the same tune.
  • Seto Kaiba's final stage, Aerial Palace, is perfect for a final boss, starting out with an ominous pipe organ before becoming even more epic.
