With a name like Red Orchestra, you'd expect an excellent array of beautiful-sounding soundtracks. And Tripwire Interactive does not disappoint.

Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad

Storm Clouds over Stalingrad, a rather bleak main menu theme that captures the rather subtle War Is Hell message that the series is known for.
The Unstoppable Wehrmacht has epic chanting sung in German, done in a Soviet choir style.
Soviet Victory, which is Exactly What It Says on the Tin, an upbeat piece sounding like a propaganda work made during the Great Patriotic War, complete with Russian lyrics.
German Victory, which, like Soviet Victory, is Exactly What It Says on the Tin. Unlike it's Soviet counterpart, there are no lyrics, and emphasis is placed on the loud instruments.
Reinforcing Pavlov's House, a rather somber theme that captures the bleakness of Urban Warfare, and the sense that Anyone Can Die at any given moment in a round.
Impenetrable, a song that plays just as the Soviets are close to winning a battle. Unlike the other close-to victory themes, this one is slow-paced throughout, and is quiet and composed in its use of orchestral instruments rather than loud and boisterous.
Not One Step Back, an epic theme straight out of a propaganda film, symbolizing the Soviet determination to resist and push forward despite all odds.

Rising Storm, a theme that would be suitable for the Jungle Warfare taking place in Southeast Asia and the Pacific that the expansion depicts.
On Leave!, the American victory theme. It's an exciting jazz theme straight out the 1940s, which contrasts greatly with the other American themes, and for that matter, the rest of the expansion's soundtrack.
Breakout and Decisive Encounter. Both themes play just as the Americans are coming close to winning a round. Both themes emphasize a loud and boisterous motif, reflecting the preferred tactics of the US Army and Marines in-game.
A Hero's Call, an alternative American victory theme, of which a shortened version plays during a multiplayer campaign victory for them, complete with an Iwo Jima Pose. A remix of "First Light", it's Type 1 Eagleland as a musical piece.
Banzai, the Japanese Victory theme and a Triumphant Reprise of "Rising Storm". In contrast to "On Leave!", this one keeps in line with the other Japanese tracks, giving off a rather Patriotic Fervor.
Imperial Honor plays just as the Japanese are coming close to victory in a round.
First Light, a rather quiet theme that plays during the start of a round for the Americans. It captures the nature of the Hungry Jungles of the South Pacific rather appropriately.
Fallen Soldier, the American defeat theme. A Dark Reprise of "A Hero's Call", appropriately enough.

US Victory Theme, which, despite the name, is also the victory theme for the South Vietnamese and Australian Armies. It is an upbeat theme straight out of The '60s, appropriate for the setting. It even comes in two remixes!
Iron Triangle, the North Vietnam victory theme, is a more Asian-inspired piece that is no less upbeat than its Southern counterpart.
The Main Menu Theme, which is, appropriately given the setting, none other than "Run Through The Jungle" by Creedence Clearwater Revival. Given what most players do in the game once they spawn, take cover, etc., this can pretty much sum up at least 1/4th of the overall experience, not to mention being an actual song from the era.
Come Get Sum, the near-victory theme for the Southern Forces, is an upbeat 60s-esque rock theme made to motivate players into finishing off the remaining Northern Forces. It even has an alternate version.
